Glutetober Vol. 2

I absolutely love Glutetober! It’s my favorite time of the year. I had so much fun and saw great results the 1st time. I ran it back in spring/summer! Great program plus the meal recipes was a game changer! 10/10 highly recommend!

Glutetober had my buns on FIRE last October- literlly, The program itself is challenging. mostly because I don't normally include any exercises that target fast twitch muscle fibers, so that was new and exciting for me.

Overall, this program is great for women, both new and experienced in the fitness space, as it gives you the blueprint to effective movements for growth. You're almost guaranteed to see growth as long as you're fueling and applying progressive overload.

I trust Caitlin to guide me on my fitness journey (and have for 4+ years), and would without a doubt recommend her program to anyone else who is considering it.
